Our services include support for young people and adults, students in schools and colleges. This involves psychometric testing, and preparation for work including CV building and interview skills development. For teaching staff, middle and senior leaders, our specialist consultants support careers work related policy, programme and curriculum development.
David Ritchie
David is the director of careers education, information, advice and guidance. He is a highly experienced careers education specialist and qualified careers adviser. He currently works in a number of schools leading and managing careers, work related learning and enterprise schemes. David supports senior and middle leaders in schools and colleges to enhance their careers and work-related programmes.
He has served on The Institute of Careers Guidance, Association of Careers Education and Guidance Committees (now The CDI) and Careers England Task Groups. David works in schools and colleges in Herts, London, Beds, Surrey, Essex, Berks and Bucks.
He is supported by a team of professionally qualified and experienced Associate Careers Advisers, who bring a wealth of knowledge and diverse labour market information to enhance the quality of guidance provided.
